An event took place that brought together key people from across the Midlands and East to share their experiences of the Friends and Family Test. Those in attendance had the opportunity to openly discuss with colleagues their learned knowledge and concerns and were also able to question various project facilitators that were present at the event.
The NHS Strategic Projects Team would like to thank all those who could make it, including Kevin Garrett from Waitrose, Suzanne Lawrence from Care UK and John Connolly from British Gas.
