Memorandum of Information (MOI)

 

The purpose of the MOI is to provide potential bidders with sufficient information on the Hinchingbrooke Next Steps project to enable them to make an informed decision about whether they wish to participate and submit a response to the PQQ (pre qualifying questionnaire).
